The smart cities mission started by Modi government.

the national smart City mission is an urban renewable program by government of India to develop smart cities across the country to improve economy and to improve facilities within the country the mission initially included 100 cities with the deadline between 2019 to 2023

The smart cities mission is launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Pune in June 2016
